Reino Unido

We work hand in hand with evangelical churches to send and receive gospel workers equipped for cross-cultural mission wherever people live and die without hearing God’s good news.

We do this by:

  • developing and promoting opportunities for churches to send and receive cross-cultural gospel workers to places where people will otherwise live and die without hearing the good news about Jesus.
  • envisioning and enabling churches to prayerfully engage in God’s mission to the nations through multicultural gospel outreach, compassion, and discipleship, both locally and globally.
  • training and supporting missionaries so that they are helped to practice integrated, biblical disciple-making, as they proclaim and promote God’s Word where there is no witness.

Communities where Christ is least known

Multicultural UK and Ireland SIM (Serving in Mission) longs to help local churches cross cultural barriers in their communities to reach the millions of British Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists with the Gospel. Pray that we’ll receive the right people to serve as ENGAGE missionaries in the UK.

The ENGAGE vision is for SIM missionaries from overseas to be placed for two years in UK churches to help train, motivate and resource the Church to reach the surrounding ethnic communities for Christ.

The Mirpuri Pakistan diaspora population Originally from Kashmiri, Pakistan, there are now more than a million Mirpuri living in the UK. Mirpuri is the second-most common mother tongue in the UK (even ahead of Welsh). Almost no known believers exist in this people group. The vast majority are Muslim.

Please pray for UK churches in Mirpuri communities. Pray that they show the love of Christ, break down barriers, communicate the gospel clearly, and dialogue with the Bible. Pray for new disciples of Jesus this year.
