An entire generation has been left behind by war. The church and nation are suffering without godly, competent leadership. Many young men and women are poorly equipped for leadership because they lack access to education beyond primary schools in the refugee camps. We desire they would come to know God through a Christian secondary school and thus be able to understand the world and how it works. We believe this education is life-giving and nation-changing.
One SIM project (98019) backs up this ministry. The ultimate objectives of the project are to teach and train students to become disciples of Jesus Christ and capable men and women of integrity for the service of their nation. Our desire is to prepare students who can make a positive contribution to the development of the South Sudan church and nation, through tertiary education, taking jobs in government, with NGOs, or involving themselves in community or church leadership.
