Phase One of the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology Campus Development project is being completed on schedule, despite frustrating delays at the beginning.

Much of the difficult substructure is finished. The footings are poured and the columns are starting to come out of the ground. The project should be completed as expected at the end of the year.

However, there are some challenges that need prayer. New restrictions on the import of cement in Ethiopia have led recently to a sudden 70% price escalation.
